This is a 45-minute, quick-paced, music-driven workout that blends Classical Pilates, Functional Movement and Cardio (Pilates experience is recommended but not required, all levels welcome!) Mat, light weights (1-3 lbs), medium weights (3-6 lbs), heavy weights (8-10lbs). Focus: Core, Total Body.
