Jenny believes that healthy movement is an essential piece of the "health and wellness" puzzle for everyone. By learning and practicing Joseph Pilates' movement system Jenny feels that anyone can: find a solid foundation for healthy movement, improve the strength of the inner core unit to support functional movement, and deepen their mind-body connection. Jenny is passionate about bringing Pilates to every body to meet it where it is and train it further into functional health and well-being. Her hope is that Pilates will empower you to believe you are already capable of more than you know.


Watch That Rock Group Classes

General Population Class Offerings:
Move through Joe Pilates original 34 exercises on the Mat. We will look at the exercises through the lens of the 6 principles of Pilates, focus on progression and flow, and explore variations when appropriate.

This is a 45-minute, quick-paced, music-driven workout that blends Classical Pilates, Functional Movement and Cardio (Pilates experience is recommended but not required, all levels welcome!)

Prenatal/Postpartum Class Offering:
This class will move you through a foundational breath pattern and movement system that will prepare you for the events of pregnancy, labor & delivery as well as motherhood. Great for moms who are new to Pilates and at any point along their motherhood journey.

Private Sessions

Jenny specializes in teaching pregnant and postpartum clientele.

She offers Private Sessions, Duet Sessions, and Small Group Sessions by appointment.

About Jenny

Jenny was born and raised in Houston, Texas and fell in love the theater at an early age. This love brought Jenny to New York University and she received her BFA in Drama at Tisch School of the Arts. 


Throughout a years-long journey to find the best way to take care of her body as her instrument, Jenny felt frustrated and she also ended up severely suffering from Pelvic Floor Dysfunction. Through Physical Therapy Jenny spent two years learning and re-learning about her body and the way she used it on stage, in a fitness environment as well as moving through the world on a day to day basis. As soon as Jenny recovered she wanted to get back to movement and found that Pilates was a safe way to reintegrate herself into movement. 


In 2016 Jenny received her Mat Pilates Certification at Core Pilates NYC and she completed her Comprehensive Pilates Certification in 2018. 


Jenny has developed a special interest in working with expectant mothers and new moms due to her driving passion to broaden women's own understanding, appreciation, and care for their bodies. Jenny is a Pre & Postnatal Corrective Exercise Specialist and a Pre & Postnatal Diastasis and Core Consultant through Fit for Birth.
